Do-it-at-home exercises to improve posture
One of the main drivers for back, neck and shoulder pain, is a bad posture. The fact that more and more of your time is consumed sitting leaned over a computer makes this a major problem in the society today. However, doing a few exercises a day can help you improve your posture, strengthen your core, and generally improve your health down the road.
There are several simple exercises you can do at home to improve posture. Crunches are an effective way to strengthen your core. Cat/cow strech is another. Start the iterative process of improving your posture today.
