Problem Sleeping Or Sleep Deficit?
A lot of people, especially teens do not get enough sleep, not because they have a sleeping problem, but because they are over loaded and skimp on sleeping time. They do not take the time to have enough sleep.
There are also people who cannot get sleep and keep awake all night even though they want to sleep. There are a lot of teens who fall into this category, but surprisingly because they have brought this upon them selves.
Earlier I mentioned skimping on sleep, and not taking time off to get enough sleep. Over time, those nights of missed sleep builds into a sleep deficit causing sleep problems.
People, especially teens with this sleep deficit will not be able to concentrate, study, and work effectively.
