My stationary bike cardio workout plan
Not everyone has the benefit of living in the country where the air is clean and scenery is plentiful. A large chunk of the population lives in big urban areas like Los Angeles, Tokyo or New York. It is in these situations that a stationary bike cardio workout plan is really viable.
In cities, there is a lot of traffic which makes it dangerous to ride a bike or even jog. Some areas are known as ghetto and you can get mugged or even killed by regularly exercising outdoors.
Then there are people with bad knees. A stationary bike cardio workout is a great option for you second only to swimming. But unlike swimming, a stationary bike can be used year round and in any living situation.
