1500 Calorie Diet

If you have tried exercising in the gym and like literally stop eating for a couple of days and still do not see any improvement, it is time to change your schedule. Exercising frequently is good but without the proper diet plan, you will gain back what you have lost through food consumption. On the other hand, if you starve yourself too much, your body will be tricked into thinking that you do not have enough energy and will take in more food. Calorie counting with a safe 1500 calorie diet plan is the way to go.
