A Formula to Reduce the Chance of Developing Hemorrhoids: Fiber Diet, Hydration, Exercise, Colon Cleanse

While there is no way to completely wipe out the connection between Rett Syndrome and constipation, there are some things you can do to try and lessen the bouts of constipation and the severity of them. Exercise. While exercise may not always be the easiest thing to do for those with Rett Syndrome, physical activity of the larger muscles of the body also stimulates the smaller muscles of the body like those in the digestive tract.
Colon Cleanse. It is a great way to start the process by cleaning any clogged up the waste out of the system.
Fiber Diet. A diet that is high in fiber and low in fatty and processed foods is easier for the body to digest.
Hydration. The average person should have between six and eight cups of water every day.
