It’s a New Decade – time to lose some abdominal fat?
Well it’s not only a new year but a new decade. With the holidays behind us and all the overeating and drinking that goes with it, it’s time to pay the piper. t’s time to shed a few, or maybe even a lot of pounds for the new year.
