January 2010 Thoughts of a 1200 calorie diet
A 1200 calorie diet is for anyone who want to drop pounds moderately. Surely, you will drop pounds fairly rapidly withing reason. Note that portion control is a key factor. Your meal plan must have protein, a good vegetable, a fresh fruit and a low amount of carbs and flower. If you are a candy addict like I am and can’t live without your addictive coffee, this diet won’t be your favorite
A typical day’s meal might start with: one cup of whole oat cereal, one cup milk and one ripe banana. For lunch: multi grain bread with some slices of chicken (no more than four ounces), yellow mustard and lettuce. For supper: A green salad with, 4 ounces of halibut, your choice of green vegetables, 5 cherry tomatoes, one chopped carrot, topped with olive oil and balsamic.
