Losing Weight Naturally
Now that the New Year is here, it’s time for my annual diet. It’s getting to be an annual ritual that I really don’t look forward to. So this time I’m going really change my approach and actually change my eating habits for good. I plan to go on a low carb diet and stay on it–forever. Plus I realize that part of my problem is my lack of physical activity, so exercise–aerobic exercise–will become part of my new regimen.
I’ve realized it for years that gaining weight, then going on a draconian weight loss program, then returning to my bad habits,is just not working. So I’m going to lose weight naturally be eating foods that are more natural and get on the treadmill at least every other day.Maybe I’ll take some diet pills to help me get moving. I’ll report back on my progress. Wish me luck!
