Stop Over Eating

Dieting is hard. We need food to live, so it is not like you can just stop eating completely when you want to lose weight. But how to stop over eating is one of the biggest problems those on a diet must face. Of course, there is more to over eating than just hunger pains. You need food to live, but you probably don’t need as much as you eat every day. Hunger comes from the brain telling the body that more food is needed. When these signals are mixed up, over eating occurs. That leads to a vicious cycle of hunger and eating again before more food is needed.

For ideas on how to address the issue of over eating, take a few minutes to read a new post – “Stop Over Eating” – at the East West Editorial blog, which researches and reports on information for today’s consumer lifestyles. A companion article on weight loss exercise programs may also be helpful.
