Table of Glycemic Values

I have posted a new article in my glycemic index guidance web site.

This article is about how to check the table of glycemic values.

So how would you know that such food has low glycemic index anyway? By checking on a table of glycemic index values – that’s one. Low glycemic index snacks can be also be checked from a glycemic index listing.

This glycemic index chart can be a little confusing with all the numbers present but it could help you and your health a whole lot.

When you will closely look at the chart, there’s a list of food with their respective numbers ranging from 0 to 100. For example, a number like 90 will mean that it will get digested faster in your system and will bring your blood sugar up high quickly. So basically, the lower the number, the slower the digestion process is.

If you want to learn more about glycemic index chart, stop by my site and read the article.
