There are SO many choices to choose from and HCG drops seem to be on every website and on every store shelf. So how do you know which really work? Here are some facts to know before you choose your drops:
- Make sure that the drops come from a pharmacy that has been certified by the FDA. Although HCG is not recognized by the FDA as a weight loss hormone yet, you do want to know that the pharmacy making your HCG has been visited and approved by the FDA as meeting all health and safety USA requirements. You should look for this FDA logo on the bottle or website you are buying from.
- Make sure that your drops do not use SYNTHETIC OR MANMADE HCG. Ask if their HCG comes from actual pregnant women!
- Make sure your drops are ALCOHOL FREE, as alcohol neutralizes the activeness of the HCG.
- Only buy from sites that list ALL ingredients, or check the list of ingredients on bottles found in health food or supplement stores.
- Make sure there are no more than 4-5 ingredients in the list – many put a lot of unnecessary extras into their drops to make them go father, but many of these “extras” simply water down or cancel out the HCG.
- Make sure your drops come from a lab that has a GMP – Good Manufacturing Practice Rating.
- Stay away from any drops that say “Hormone Free” – Since HCG is a hormone these kinds of drops cannot be using REAL HCG, even though they may make these claims.
- Do not buy ANY drops that do not contain HCG in the active ingredient list. They should have it listed as one of the first (and therefore highest amount) ingredients. Believe it or not, many drops that have HCG in the name contain NO HCG if you read the labels.
- Do not ever attempt to be on a 500 calorie diet without the buffering affects that only REAL HCG can give to you as protection!
