Try Specific Exercises For An Intense Abs Workout

It’s true that you can get great results for your abs with the kind of intense workout that involves all the major muscle groups of the body, and indeed many of the old time strongmen and trainers hardly trained their abs directly at all. Concentrating on traditional barbell, dumbbell and kettlebell movements involving the whole body in multi-joint complexes will also involve your abs in some heavy work, but for really spectacular results why not combine this type of training with a specific and intense abs workout. There are many different exercises from which to choose and you can put together as many different workouts as you like – in fact the more variety, the better the results you are likely to achieve.
